Shipping Policy

After you order, please don't worry about shipping, we here provide you with detailed shipping instructions.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

Ordinary evening dress, short homecoming dress , prom dress .

It takes 7-15 working days .

Wedding dress production takes 20-30 working days

Special Note: Some handmade complex dresses take a little longer to make, about 15-30 working days

Special Estimated Delivery Time for Rush Orders:

Expedited Orders: Please add $30.00 within 15 business days for previous shipping and expedited production, they are willing to work overtime to finish the dress.

Shipping time 

Standard shipping takes 15-25 working days, usually choose the shipping line according to your country, the shipping methods are USPS, UPS, Aramex ,EMS 

Expedited shipping takes 10-15 working days, usually according to your address choose line , the shipping method are DHL, FEDEX 

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $35

Expedited shipping costs an additional $30

 

Note :The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.

Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem.

 Delivered Ways

In order to accurately ship your order to you, you need to provide us with your specific detailed address. If you have filled in the P.O.Box address, you need to contact us with your full street / road name .

Shipment information - tracking number, shipment method, etc. can be found in my order. Please log directly into your Simplepromdress account and check my order. Or you can also contact us and ask your order logistics information, customer service will reply you within 48 hours .
